CC® Old Fashioned Cocktail
A timeless classic, this cocktail emphasizes the rich, caramel notes of the whisky. The bitters and sugar create a balanced sweetness, while the orange peel adds a fragrant, citrusy finish.

What you need
- 2 Classic 12 Year Old Canadian Whisky
- 1 sugar cube or 1 tsp simple syrup
- 2-3 dashes of Angostura bitters
- A splash of water
- Orange peel for garnish
- Ice
How to Craft

Place the sugar cube in a lowball glass (or Old Fashioned glass), and add a few dashes of bitters on top.
Add a splash of water and muddle the sugar until it dissolves.
Add ice to the glass, preferably a large ice cube.
Pour 2 parts Canadian Club® Classic 12 Year Old Whisky over the ice.
Stir gently to combine all the flavors.
Twist an orange peel over the glass to release the oils, and then drop it in as a garnish.
